Is this software for small builders in Australia?
Yes. It is the operating system for owner-operators and small companies running 5 to 20 concurrent jobs: progress claims, subbies and a live job cost, without paying per seat.
What if I only run a handful of jobs?
Starter is up to 5 active projects, from AU$129 a month after the trial. Builder is up to 20. Users are unlimited on both. Finished jobs do not count toward the limit.
Do I have to sit through a demo?
No. Signup is self-serve: no sales call. Start a 60-day trial on the jobs you already have, or book a walkthrough if you want to see claims and costing against a real job first.
Will adding the apprentice or a subbie cost extra?
No. Users are unlimited on every plan. Staff, subbies, clients, architects and certifiers cost nothing to add. You pay for active projects, not people.
Can I grow past 20 jobs later?
Yes. Scale is unlimited active projects, with the same product. You are not locked into a small-builder ceiling: 5 to 20 is just where most owner-operators sit today.
