Footing
For property services

The van's gone. The invoice isn't.

The building manager said yes in the plant room. Photos are still on the phone. Quote the extras on the glass, get a signature, and invoice from the same record, so the office isn't retyping a visit that already happened.

Who it is for

Property maintenance and building services companies with crews across sites: planned servicing, quoted extras, multi-trade repairs. The client is a building manager or a strata committee. A job-card app stops at the visit. A five-figure platform wants a sales call. You need one operating system for the visit, the extras and the invoice.

Between the site and the invoice

01

Get the extras signed before you do them

A verbal yes from the building manager does not survive the committee. Quote on the glass, they sign with a finger, and that PDF is the invoice. No re-keying, no argument about what was agreed in the plant room.

02

Invoice before the paperwork goes cold

Photos, timesheets and SWMS queue with no signal in a basement, then land on the job. Raise the invoice from the accepted quote, send a Pay Now link, and chase overdue from a queue, not after hours from a folder.

03

See if the repair still made money

Labour, materials and subbies post against the quote the moment they land. You see remaining while the crew is still on site, not in a spreadsheet after the month.

One record. Crews are free.

Users are unlimited: office, techs, subbies and the building manager cost nothing to add. You pay for active jobs, not seats. Finished work stays in the workspace and does not count. Sign up today. No sales call.

Straight answers.

Is this software for property maintenance and building services?

Yes. It is for companies running planned servicing and quoted extras across sites: HVAC, fire, hydraulics, electrical, multi-trade. The client is a building manager or a strata committee. Quote, invoice, job cost and a site app sit on one record. It is not a job-card app for 30-minute callouts, and it is not a five-figure platform that starts with a sales call.

We do a lot of small callouts. Does that fit?

If every visit is a job card and nothing more, no. Footing is for the work that needs a quote, a crew, a cost and an invoice: extras, planned servicing, multi-trade repairs. High-volume dispatch is not what it is built for.

Does the building manager need a login?

No. Send a link. They see live stage, the signed quote, variations and the photos you choose. Never your costs, never a seat fee. Users are unlimited on every plan.

How does pricing work if we close a lot of jobs?

You pay for active jobs, not seats. Starter covers up to 5 concurrent jobs, Builder up to 20, Scale is unlimited. Completed and archived jobs stay in the workspace and do not count, so a busy week of closed visits does not inflate the plan.

Can I switch from AroFlo, ServiceM8, simPRO or Tradify?

The AroFlo migration is free on every plan and built into onboarding. Coming from ServiceM8, simPRO or Tradify, CSV import works today. White-glove migration is always included. Footing Start — four sessions, webinar interstate or in person in SA — is complimentary early bird on Starter and Builder, always on Scale.
