Invoice on-site. Get paid without the chase.
The accepted quote flows into the invoice, numbered in sequence. Send it with a Stripe Pay Now link and the client pays from their phone. Overdue invoices flag themselves, so you chase from a list, not from memory.

Straight answers.
How do clients pay?
Every invoice can carry a Stripe Pay Now link, so the client pays from their phone. It needs a connected Stripe account, which takes a couple of minutes to set up.
Does it do progress claims?
Yes. Claim by stage against the contract, so you're not waiting until the end to bill.
What about Xero?
Two-way Xero sync (invoices and payments) is rolling out. It's on the roadmap, not live on day one yet. CSV exports work today in the meantime.
