Is this construction software for Australian builders?
Yes. Footing is the operating system for the business: jobs, claims, retention and subbies on one record. GST on every line, ABN lookup against the ABR, and a site app that works with no signal. It is not a job-card tradie app, and it is not a five-figure platform sold on turnover.
Does it only work if I run 5 to 20 jobs?
No. Starter covers up to 5 active projects and Builder covers up to 20. Scale is unlimited active projects. Completed and archived jobs stay in the workspace and do not count toward the limit. This page is for builders with a real book, a handful of jobs or a full one.
What does it actually do on a live job?
The accepted quote seeds the job. You claim by stage, hold retention, certify subbie claims on the same record, and see budget vs committed vs actual by trade. Overdue claims sit in a queue. Takeoffs, on-site quotes and the field app stay with that money.
What does Footing keep on the job?
